Review request for shindig.
Summary
-------
Based on VOTE thread in Shindig list, will remove the opensocial-0.6,
opensocial-0.7, opensocial-0.8 features from Shindig trunk to allow removal of
old data structures and format.
Will add opensocial-2.0 and opensocial-2.5 features.
Cleanup some obsolete and old test cases to fix compilation.
This addresses bug SHINDIG-1778.
