Yeah its been down for about a week :) I emailed the infra team about this and they replied that they were aware of the issue. I also mentioned that http://monitoring.apache.org/ did not list the site but they did not have a response for that. I will send them a follow up email tonight. In the mean time we have been using http://codereview.appspot.com/.
