All maven artifacts except shiro-all have sources and javadoc published.
This is not done for shiro-all on purpose: to encourage others to use the
artifacts as they are intended with appropriate dependency management
(shiro-all only remains as a 'legacy' or 'backwards compatible' artifact. It
is likely to be removed in future versions of Shiro)

> Maven aware IDEs (think Eclipse or IDEA) would be able to automatically
> download sources and show javadocs. User would not have to download and bind
> sources to project separately.
> Those who do not use IDEs would be able to use mvn eclipse:eclipse
> -DdownloadSources command to get the same thing.
