I couldn't find much (any) discussion on how a cache key could be resolved. I assume the reason why is because core dev thought that this may be system-specific, yet the derivation of a key need not be so: Given an account, token, or account_id , derive a universally acceptable unique id.
Would someone please shed some light on this? Thanks DG
