Request: Add additional constructor to DefaultHashService (setting Algo and Hash interations)

Hi

Currently when setting up a reuse of DefaultHashService you have to create
it, and then set the the Algorithm and iteration count you wish to use.
Would be great if a additional constructor would be added to support
creation of a DefaultHashService that set the Algo Name and Iteration count.
