[~cstamas] you suggested to create {{shiro-hazelcast4}} instead. I think we all
agreed on that.
Would you do that? We can also cherry-pick it into 1.8 (so we have both a hz3
and hz4 module in both Shiro 1.8 and Shiro 2.0).
