## Summary `CONTRIBUTING.md` linked to three local Markdown files that are absent from the repository. Replace those dead relative links with the corresponding current SINGA documentation pages. ## Verification - Before the change, a local-link check found all three old targets missing. - After the change, the targeted check confirmed the stale paths are gone and the replacements are present. - The three official SINGA documentation URLs returned HTTP 200. - `git diff --check` passed.
