When writing the documentation, we find some variable names, function API, job
configuration, etc are not written clearly or properly.
This ticket is to do minor updates of the code to be consistent with the
documentation on singa.apache.org.
Example updates include,
* Installation (debug option, make test, etc).
* Code comment
* Job configuration of examples
* Naming of functions or variables
