Summary: Replace Mshadow with Blob level math functions

SINGA currently uses Mshadow's math functions.
Here are a few drawbacks,
1. Mshadow only recognizes Tesnor. We need to convert Blob objects into Tensor
objects explicitly every time we use Mshadow.
2. The was compilation error for GPU code, which is hard to debug because
mshadow uses template a lot.
SINGA-80 implemented Blob level math functions. This ticket is going to replace
Mshadow with Blob level math functions for the computation over Blob objects.
