This ticket is to improve the python helper tool (SINGA-81) and add more
features.
- Users will be able to run recurrent neural network such as rnn, gru, lstm,
etc.
- Users will be able to run singa on multiple nodes.
- Optimize codes to improve simplicity, usability and generality of the tool.
