Performance profiling is useful for analyzing the bottleneck of a system, e.g.,
by measuring the time cost of each component (or function), the memory
footprint, etc.. It is also necessary for SINGA-132.
Particularly, we first need a class (e.g., Timer/Ticker/etc) for measuring the
time spent for calling a function. Second, we need to determine the functions
for profiling, e.g., Layer::ComputeFeature() and Layer::ComputeGradient. Third,
how to display or log the result should also be considered. Pretty printing
would help for later analysis.
