The license of safe_queue.h is CC, which is not compatible with Apache V2
according to category-b http://www.apache.org/legal/resolved.html#category-b.
Thanks to Justin Mclean for pointing it out.
This ticket is going to rewrite the functions by our own and update the license
for that file using Apache V2.
