[jira] [Created] (SINGA-299) Remove glog from travis.yml

[wangwei (JIRA)]

wangwei created SINGA-299:
-----------------------------

             Summary: Remove glog from travis.yml
                 Key: SINGA-299
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SINGA-299
             Project: Singa
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: wangwei

The license of Glog is not clear per LEGAL-290. This ticket would remove it
from travis.yml to make it clear that glog is an optional dependency for
building and running SINGA.
