[Gluon API|https://github.com/gluon-api/gluon-api] is a new API for deep
learning that will be supported by some frameworks to simplify the development
of deep learning applications.
It will be useful if SINGA can support Gluon API, even partially if full
support is not possible now.
This feature will make SINGA more accessible to developers and will make the
applications more interchangeable between other frameworks and SINGA.
