'cudnnSetFilter4dDescriptor_v4'
4 functions API changed in v7:
'cudnnSetConvolution2dDescriptor',
'cudnnSetRNNDescriptor',
'cudnnSetFilterNdDescriptor',
'cudnnSetTensorNdDescriptor'.
