Wait a sec -- I'm lame. I just read the issue. In fact, Adam can populate the
group
all he has to do as the chair is:
1. ssh people.apache.org
2. for uid in set of Apache SIS PMC members
modify_unix_group.pl --add=uid sis
modify_committee.pl --add=uid sis
That's it! :)
