I would suggest to begin with DBF3. Defining a query language for all
supported SIS formats requires that we complete the API of DataStore
base class first. Furthermore, SQL is not quite appropriate for querying
some kind of data like rasters. But some derivative of SQL can fit.
There is some material at OGC about a query language for geospatial
data. We should probably look at them.
