I just realized... we could be maniac and do both: do the fast method
(series expansion), and if the last term added in the series expansion
is above some threshold (which should occurs only for fast excentricity)
continue with the iterative method. Well... it would be basically like
unrolling the 3 first iterations of a loop.

If there is any curious, the details are documented in the
"MercatorAlternative" class in the test package.
