I started to put together some documentation about the sis-referencing
module. This documentation has not yet been translated because it is
based on material that we had in French. But the figures and the
equations may give a feeling about the content:

I'm not sure if we should call for volunteer for translation now, since
it still very incomplete. Any thought?
