Thanks for the feedback. I will update the page with sorting by name
during the week. For searching, there is different options. For on-line
searching, maybe it would be safer to direct peoples to the
authoritative source, which is http://epsg-registry.org/ ? That site has
search capabilities. For desktop applications, we could create a widget
(e.g. in JavaFX), but I think this would be a longer term goal that
could be part of SIS-43 [1].
I forgot to said that Apache SIS supports those 4400 CRS, provided that
the EPSG database is installed on the local machine. That database is
not yet bundled in SIS because it is pending LEGAL-183 [2]. The database
must be installed manually for now. I will port next week a tools for
making that task easier.
