Following the discussion 2 weeks ago [1], I would like to submit an
Apache SIS 0.7.1 bug fix release to the vote. This release candidate is
practically identical to the 0.7 release with correction of the bugs
documented in release notes:

All release artifacts are available at the following directory (PGP keys
are available at http://www.apache.org/dist/sis/KEYS ; instructions
about how to use the binary artifact are at

Maven users can test using the following staging repository:
