I have completed the work and have a report table at:

There may be numerous places where the source will work correctly with
the given XLS file, but I've highlighted a problem. Please forgive me if
I do not understand the XLS syntax and workings of the Java source
properly. However, you at least have something that is an outsider's
view of what is contained in the various documents and how they appear
to relate.
Let me know if you have any difficulties in accessing, reading or
understanding my notes in the table.

I hope it all helps. Possibly it will reduce your testing time.
Of course it help :-). To stay up-to-date with standards is time
consuming, especially when there is so many to follow.
