Hello again Cullen I added "http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmi"; as a synonymous of "http://standards.iso.org/iso/19115/-2/gmi/1.0"; namespace at unmarshalling time. So the data.gov file should now be parseable with no modifications. However by reviewing it, I noticed what may be a GeoAPI error and would like to hear if anyone has opinion on that. It is about the interpretation of CI_Address.deliveryPoint:
