The EPSG database has been upgraded from version 9.1 to 9.3 recently. A
few CRS datum or names changed between the two versions, and the tests
have been updated accordingly. The easiest fix is to checkout and build
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/sis/data/non-free/ (a separated
repository for licensing reasons). Then you can use sis-epsg or
sis-embedded-data dependency, at you choice. You may have to delete your
$SIS_DATA/Databases/SpatialMetadata/ repository for forcing SIS to
recreate it with the new EPSG database.
