The TIFF specification defines a {{DateTime}} tag as the date and time when the
image was created. However, the Defense Geospatial Information Working Group
(DGIWG) reinterprets that tag as the date and time when pixel values were
collected, in UTC timezone. In the Apache SIS model, it should become a three-
or four-dimensional grid with a temporal axis.
