Source code and distribution package are in https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/incubator/skywalking/5.0.0-alpha with .asc, .sha512. 3. LICENSE and NOTICE are in Source code and distribution package. 4. `shasum -c` checked. 5. Rebuild the dist from source codes. 6. `mvn apache-rat:check` passed.
