Hi I did two updates to the 6.3.0 branch to do quick fixes, checked locally. 1. GC time metrics functions change to `sum` from `longAvg`. 2. Prometheus provider of telemetry module is broken by former PR. All these included in https://github.com/apache/skywalking/pull/3216
