Welcome to be the release manager. Before code freeze, please read the document[1], and make sure your PGP key and release setting are ready. You could run a snapshot release for tests. I think, run `./mvnw clean deploy -Pall` is good enough. If you could find the release at Apache Nexus, then at least, your maven settings are good.
