Hi I tested the functionality on the latest code:
1. Support dynamically configure alarm settings (#3577) 2. Instead of datasource-settings.properties, use application.yml for MysqlStorageProvider (#3564) 3. Provide consul dynamic configuration center implementation (#3560) 4.
