How does the 8.0 version of mysql initialize the database

I remember in the 7.0 version, after filling in the database name in
application.yml, start the oap, it will automatically create all database
tables
But after the same configuration in version 8.0, I will be prompted that
the table cannot be found

Is there a manual database initialization script, or am I missing something?
