remove some minor version test work

Hello, developers in the skywalking community.In order to reduce the test
pressure of Github Actions, I will remove some minor version test work,
such as the original support-version.list
3.4.0
3.4.1
3.4.2
3.5.0
3.5.1
It becomes
3.4.2
3.5.1
