Thanks for your potential contribution. FWIK, skywalking agent can't
 generate TCP relevant metrics, for instance, connection count,
 sent/received bytes or packages.
 
 If you want to add netty tcp plugin, it doesn't mean a new agent plugin,
 but also a whole heck of a lot of works affect agent, protocol and OAP
 backend, even the rocket UI should be polished to present these TCP metrics
 in Dashboard and Topology.
 
 But it's a interesting and valuable field need to be considered seriously.
 If you want to contribute to our community, we could have a talk in person,
 and I would like to be a mentor to help you on it. You can access me
