Dear Sirs
       At present, our company has many 
applications based on netty TCP. The communication messages between these 
applications include JSON, string, 8583 and so on. The format of the message is 
length byte header + message body. My goal is to be able to monitor the call 
chain relationship of these applications and count the time consumption at the 
code level during the performance test.

Personally, I am not sure you were asking about the tracing TCP or collecting 
metrics about the TCP, those are different.

Thanks for your potential contribution. FWIK, skywalking agent can't
 generate TCP relevant metrics, for instance, connection count,
 sent/received bytes or packages.
 
 If you want to add netty tcp plugin, it doesn't mean a new agent plugin,
 but also a whole heck of a lot of works affect agent, protocol and OAP
 backend, even the rocket UI should be polished to present these TCP metrics
 in Dashboard and Topology.
 
 But it's a interesting and valuable field need to be considered seriously.
