Haochao I want to be clear, the base64, uuid, and resty-http license should not be included, as this is a source code level dependency. If you want to declare its runtime dependency, you should add another bin/LICENSE and bin/NOTICE in the release tar, those above should be included there. This doesn't affect this time release, but it is better to fix it on the main branch to avoid the same issue on the next release.
