Good morning, I have a question about the tool. Since yesterday, when I
access the instrumented tool link, it returns a blank screen and these
errors appear in the console:
"graphql:1 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of
500 (Internal Server Error)
app-810a16c2.js:4 Uncaught (in promise) Error: Request failed with status
code 500
at jt (app-810a16c2.js:4:54615)
at xt (app-810a16c2.js:4:54798)
at XMLHttpRequest.M (app-810a16c2.js:5:1981)".
I ran all Skywalking startup scripts and apparently they are working:
"SkyWalking OAP started successfully!
SkyWalking Web Application started successfully!", even so, the screen is
blank.
Could you help me with this question? Thanks.
