[CN] Request to join SkyWalking slack

I have already sent the apply mail, and got the invite. However, when I try to 
join the slack  channel, there was some problem. Please take a look at the 
snapshot. The error message is that "你的邀请出错。请联系你的组织拥有者以请求重新发送。"
