The source archive and binary revisions match. - Built the Linux, macOS, and Windows amd64 binaries from source. make test passed. - Verified the Linux binary reports 1.4.0 and forwards pprof data. - Checked LICENSE and NOTICE in both archives. Two packaging nits for follow-up: update the stale dependency versions and carry the Prometheus attribution into dist/NOTICE.
