Steve Loughran resolved SLIDER-35.
----------------------------------

    Resolution: Fixed

providers can now register their own services (e.g. {{(org.apache.hbase ,
clustername)}}) at a time in their lifecycle of their own choosing. This
delivers a new servicetype, and new set of published configs, which lets us
isolate content from the deployed service and that of slider itself -clients
can use the registry without caring how an app is deployed, as long as it
registered with the given service name and type (and implicitly, the current
user).

{{HBaseProviderService#registerHBaseServiceEntry()}} shows this.
