problem(s) identified in hbase provider test
# text message at freeze was being misquoted -> failure
# exit code of freeze not being checked, so problem surfacing later.
# final destroy() was failing with cluster in use, because previous freeze()
wasn't waiting for completion
{{AgentClusterLifecycleIT}} had problems (1) and (2) ... all now fixed
