Billie Rinaldi resolved SLIDER-364.

Resolution: Fixed
This fixed most things about the install, although the agent directory is still
owned by root (not sure why). All the other files and directories are now
owned by mapred (including the agent files), so I don't think there will be any
issues with using Slider from this install.
