Fix For: Slider 0.60
add a way for functional tests to get the app Id and app report of a launched
app -reliably.
Currently the exists/list operations are approximate as they are looking for
"an instance" rather than the specific one launched.
Proposed
# add a JSON-serialized form of an app report
# add a {{--out}} operation on the create/start operations to save this to a
file (Before entering any --wait action)
# add a {{lookup --id <appid> --out <file>}} action to look up any YARN app and
generate the report.
Test runs can then
* get the app id of the launched app
* retrieve & parse the app report
* use that in failure messages
