Steve Loughran resolved SLIDER-581.

Resolution: Fixed
took Sumit's code and moved where the {{exit %EXITCODE%}} command was set up;
now it is done with the rest of the command sequence in
{{SliderShell.execute()}}
The (new) test {{CommandExitCodesIT}} shows that exit codes are getting back to
the fun tests;
