Integration tests are failing on some runs, especially
{{AgentClusterLifecycleIT}}, which is doing a lot of create/freeze/thaw/kill on
an application. After 10 minutes, the test is killed.
increase the default so you don't need to explicitly set the config for
reliable test runs.
