Steve Loughran resolved SLIDER-624.

Resolution: Fixed
JSP JAR is uploaded. Although similar to HADOOP-10717; the changes made there
and in HADOOP-10563 are not in branch-2.6. I don't think they are the direct
cause of the problem...more that it has existed for a while and only just
surfaced
