Fix For: Slider 0.70
The AbstractLauncher doesn't use the system agnostic approach for setting the
HADOOP_CONF_DIR env setting, so it doesn't get set properly if the slider
client is on unix and the yarn cluster is running on windows platforms. The AM
therefore can no load the configuration files as resources.
Possible workaround:
Specify the properties you need in slider-client.xml
