Pending YARN-2031, we will need to recover and (optionally) re-enable the
modified Am web filter, the one which bypassed the RM proxy redirect on the
Ws/* path.
proposed property {{slider.dev.REST.insecurefilter.enabled}}
*this will not work on secure clusters: the option will be rejected in an
insecure cluster*
