Summary: Add Apache Tajo application package to Slider

Tajo is a SQL-on-Hadoop system, and it does not directly support Yarn. It would
be great if Tajo app package is added to Slider.
Tajo satisfies all application needs of Slider described in
http://slider.incubator.apache.org/docs/slider_specs/application_needs.html.
I already tested cluster start/stop/flex slider commands for Tajo app package
on a real Yarn cluster. It works well.
Here is the initial code for this work.

But, it is still on-going because I haven't added unit tests and haven't made
some documentation. After I clean up the code, add unit tests, and make
documentations, I'll submit the patch soon.
