The reason a test run failed for me was due to there not being enough space for
the YARN log directories. They were failing as > 90% of the HDD was full, the
mini-NM not coming up, then any test clusters hanging in state ACCEPTED until
timing out
The free space parameters should be altered to cut off slightly later, say 95%
