When adding SLIDER-737-v2.patch, the three env will be put in
launch_container.sh. The env in my computer is "LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8", and
jmemcached-1.0.0.zip has an error. It will output an error in English while the
log will show some encoding error before.
So I don't think we need SLIDER-737.patch
