{{command-logger}} contains the example inner tarball. Proposed:
{{command-logger-sample}}
{{apache-slider-command-logger}} contains the package. Proposed
{{command-logger-app-package}}
this will import {{command-logger-sample}}. The funtests package will, in turn,
depend on {{command-logger-app-package}} for its tests
Add descriptions for both in the POMs to make their roles clear.
